After allegedly assaulting Rep. Nancy Mace, Congress Police make an arrest.

Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S. C., said she was actually accosted on Capitol grounds Tuesday night, and the suspect has since been arrested. The U. S. Capitol Police said that just before 6 p. m. the company of a member of Congress, later identified as Mace, reported an event in the Rayburn House Office Building. The suspect, identified as 33-year-old James McIntyre of Illinois, was tracked down by property division commanders and agents with the Hazard Assessment Part of the police office. Sarah McBride, a Democrat from Delaware, is the subject of congressional harassment on Capitol Hill. McBride, a natural man, recognizes and presents as a person. According to Mace, she reported last month that she was receiving death threats and that she was being “unfairly targeted.” She likewise proposed the House’s quality H. R. 1579, which had outlaw members, officers, and employees from using facilities that do not correspond to their biological sex.
