​Some health IT leaders, including those in hospitals, health systems, and tech companies, claim that relational artificial intelligence, the kind most frequently associated with the wildly popular ChatGPT, will transform healthcare provider organizations. It has abilities unmatched by any prior technologies. It has both administrative and scientific applications. Administrators, CMOs, CNOs, and other leaders have been careful when putting their toes into scientific waters, with the majority of genAI applications in healthcare occurring on the administrative area.
