Six years ago, she started a business, Lemon Zesty, making wrap luggage and other items printed with spunky pictures of her own design. ( She calls it “fresh art with a sour twist”. ) She was displaying her goods at Bryant Park’s Bank of America Winter Village, one of New York’s largest annual markets, which attracted about four million customers this time. Black Friday marks the start to the holiday shopping season, usually observed with bone-crushing, bargain-hunting visits to major retailers and department businesses.
