The package would be done in three separate bills. Additionally, it would require an agreement to decide the debt ceiling next year as part of the Republican party’s large conservative policy overhaul through a process known as reconciliation. The new approach comes after President-elect Trump and his supporters tore Congress ‘ first efforts to prevent a limited government shutdown before the holidays.
