The start-up of artificial intelligence claims that Mr. Musk is attempting to stifle his business as he creates a foe one. Elon Musk requested a national court’s consent earlier this month to stop OpenAI’s attempts to transition from a nonprofit to a for-profit organization. On Friday, OpenAI responded with its own lawful processing, arguing that Mr. Musk is simply trying to muscle OpenAI as he builds a rival firm, called xAI. What Mr. Musk is asking for had “debilitate OpenAI’s business, panel discussion, and vision to make safe and beneficial A. I. — all to the edge of Musk and his own A. I.company”, the registration said. In a petition he brought against OpenAI earlier this year, Mr. Musk also refuted many of the promises made. In a blog post published prior to Friday’s registration, OpenAI accused Mr. Musk of being a liar, claiming that he had attempted to turn the laboratory from a nonprofit into a for-profit procedure before quitting six years ago. The registration and website post included paperwork claiming to show that in 2017, Jared Birchall, the mind of Mr. Musk’s home business, registered a firm called Open Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Inc. that was meant to be a for-profit manifestation of OpenAI.
