Schumer says Dems may ‘ look in the mirror’ after losing White House, Senate: ‘ We did some stuff wrong’

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-NY, acknowledged on Sunday that Democrats may reflect on what went wrong for them after failing to win the House of Representatives and losing both the White House and Senate. Schumer appeared on NBC’s” Meet the Press”, where he was asked about Democratic strategist James Carville’s assertion that the reason Democrats lost was because of” the economy, stupid”. ” I told my conference, and I’ll say it these, too, … certainly it was a decline, but it’s also a challenge”, Schumer said of the vote. Democrats were” serious winds” in their bid to win four of the seven Democratic Senate seats, according to Schumer, who acknowledged that” we did some things wrong and we have to look in the mirror and see what we did wrong.” There are some things we didn’t do that we should have done, for as focusing on working families in America, according to Humer. KAMALA HARRIS'” Mishandled ANSWER ON” THE VIEW” ABOUT BIDEN SEEN AS CAMPAIGNSIGN was released on Tuesday. The minority leader said the Liberals discussed the concepts and information of the legislation but “didn’t show the kind of emotion or worry, or enough of it to average working people.” What we’re going to do is invest time talking to working people and demonstrating our love for them, Schumer said. Talk about the circumstances that have caused so many working individuals to be concerned about their future, not just about the laws.
